रही न ताक़त -ए -गुफ़्तार और अगर हो भी तो किस उम्मीद पे कहिये कि आरज़ू क्या है
गुफ़्तार - small talk/conversation I no longer have the capacity to talk (or probably request something from my lover) But even if I had I don't hope that my wish shall be fulfilled
(because I have been turned down so many times, that I have lost the capacity to ask something from you)
